General Information This is a brand new set, LEGO 76107 Marvel Super Heroes Thanos Ultimate Battle, and also a retired set. This has never been tempered or opened, and has been sitting on my collection shelf ever since I acquired it from a retail store before the set was retired. There are bulging lines on the exterior of the box (please see the photos with my hand pointing at the bulging lines). That is common with this oblong shaped of box while the content inside can move around (during transiting and shelf stocking at a retail store). And corners of the box are a little frayed, which is commonly observed even on new Lego sets at a retail store or a Lego store. And some very minor discoloration dots (would require one to look very close to notice them), on the long narrow sides. And a bent line on one of the long narrow side. My words might be not descriptive enough, please see all photos for the cosmetic imperfections. Most importantly, this box set is indeed never opened and have been in manufacturer's sealed condition. However, I understand that every collector has a different standard of perfection. So please see the photos to ensure that this box is meeting your standard. Again, for sure that this is indeed never opened. You can see the 4 original manufacturer's sticker seals at the two ends of the box. Since this box set has never been opened, I also would not know if any mistake had been made by Lego warehouse, such as missing pieces etc. Missing pieces rarely happens but Lego customer service would help you out if you call them about any missing pieces situation. I came across missing pieces only once in my life and Lego customer service was able to send me the missing pieces. So please be aware that I won't be able to help you if you encounter any missing pieces because I don't manufacture the product. I won't have the stock of pieces or bricks to help you out. But one can contact Lego for help if this kind of unfortunate scenario happens. But again, this kind of situation is very rare and I don't see the need to be too worried about it especially with a set that is never opened. (Personal Note: The specification from Lego website mentioned that the infinity stone in this set is of gold-color. But it looks more red to me. I advise you to look closely on the photos of the box that I posted here, you can see the color of the infinity stone and you can make your personal judgement on that.) ________________________________________________________________________________ Shipping Information: 1) I am shipping this with a brand new USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box. Please see the photo for how it fits inside the box. Cushioning material will be added in before sealing for shipping. ***The rectangular Large Flat Rate Box that you see in the photo is currently discontinued by USPS, but I am still allowed to use the leftover rectangular Large Flat Rate boxes that I stashed (before USPS stopped making that size) to ship. 2) I will insure the package with USPS insurance service, the value will be declared to be the same as the amount that a buyer pays for just the Lego set (but not including the shipping cost that a buyer pays). 3) If USPS loses the package during transit, I am not responsible for it, I won't be able to send the buyer a replacement. In case of loss during transit, buyer and I would need to work together to file a claim with USPS. Usually USPS would require proof of their fault for insurance claim as well. 4) I ensure that the product is well packed in good condition, and prefer to drop off to the USPS staff in person at my local USPS office. But I would have no control over the package once I hand the package over to the USPS staff. If you believe that the package got damaged during transit, please keep the ruins because USPS would require the receiver (the buyer) to present the damaged item to the receiver's close-by USPS location. Usually USPS would send a letter to the receiver after a claim is filed. The letter would instruct the receiver how to present the damaged package to the receiver's local USPS officer. So please do not throw away a damaged package if the package got unfortunately damaged during transit. I really hope that no one ever needs to come across this unfortunate situation as well. I haven't needed to file any claim as a sender with USPS so far. 5) A friendly reminder to buyer(s): Please make sure that your shipping address is set up correctly. I go by the address that the system provides me. So if the package gets sent to an old address that you are no longer at because you haven't updated your current shipping address on eBay before buying, I won't be responsible for the buyer not being able to receive the package successfully.
